7 Days: Day 1 – News specs

I need to do something about the nosepads on my new specs, ’cause they keep sliding down my nose. I put up with it this morning before putting my lenses in, but I’m planning to wear my glasses on Monday while travelling and I don’t think I can put up with the slippy-slidiness until halfway through the afternoon when I’m due to arrive at my destination.

Still to do: make lists, keep an eye on the 7 Days group, start making (small) piles of packing, try and find out what the hell is going on next week, beat this stupid cold out of my head, deal with all the crap on my desk (I’m thinking a match and some lighter fluid), print out some work stuff, paint my toenails, wonder what to do for tomorrow’s portrait … and eat something, ’cause I’m hungry.
