7 Days: Day 7 – All gone

I was wearing eyeshadow when I left the house, but it was lost during the evening through me crying with laughter at Ross Noble’s show in Tunbridge Wells. Fortunately the mascara was waterproof.

I hadn’t commented on Russ‘s going to the show in Northampton, as it would have been sod’s law that Suzy would have seen. The trip tonight was my birthday surprise for her, which has been kept since I got the tickets just before her birthday in January. In fact it wasn’t until we were a few yards from the theatre tonight that I finally revealed what we were going to be doing, eliciting a rewarding shriek from Suzy in the middle of the street.

It was a brilliant night.
